This covers vocational training centers for skill development of women and youth in technical and non-technical trades and training of women in digital aids and customer service to serve as meeting, building, collection partners as further regional employment and self-employment.

This focus area involves women and farmers self-help group formation, strengthening, up-skilling, leadership development; financing and technical enablement; facilitation for backward forward linkage and One Tata synergies.
