TP Ajmer Distribution Limited Launches WhatsApp Service for Seamless Customer Interaction

- Appeals consumers to make use of WhatsApp Service for any power supply and safety related issue

- Consumers just need to send a 'Hi' on + 91 7412012222

TP Ajmer Distribution Limited (TPADL) has launched a WhatsApp service to provide seamless customer interaction and support. This service was inaugurated by Mr. N. S. Nirwan, MD, Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (AVVNL), and Mr. Manoj Salvi, CEO, TPADL, Ajmer, along with other senior officials, at the ceremony held at the Takshashila Conference Hall in the Hathibhata Power House Office of TPADL.

The service is available to all TPADL consumers in the Ajmer area and can be access from anywhere.  To use the service, consumer has to just send “Hi” message on the WhatsApp number (91 7412012222) and then the automatic BOT would take over and register the complaint. The service was launched in response to the high volume of complaints that TPADL received during the recent storm Biparjoy, which resulted in long wait times for customers. The WhatsApp service will allow customers to submit complaints directly to TPADL, and the company will work to resolve them promptly. Currently, facility is provided to lodge Power supply & Safety related complaints through this service.

Mr. Manoj Salvi, CEO, TPADL, said, “Our consumers' convenience and satisfaction are paramount to us and with the introduction of this WhatsApp service we will be able to serve them better. Through this service, we are not only streamlining complaint submissions but also providing prompt feedback through WhatsApp. Going ahead, this service is set to become a cornerstone in addressing all consumers’ complaints in our distribution area.”
