I.  All Tata Power EZ Home products come with a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

        II.  The products which are under the warranty period and conditions will be repaired or replaced free of charge from Tata Power.

      III.   The warranty for all products shall be rendered null & void if:

                 a.       The product is altered, damaged, dismantled, or rectified.

                 b.      The product is damaged or defective due to ingress of foreign material or water

                 c.       Unsafe practices are followed during installation and usage.

                 d.      The product is burnt out due to loose connection/improper wiring and overload (load was more than the product rating).
