Ms. Anjali Pandey is currently President Generation of Tata Power. She joined Tata Power, the holding Company of MPL on 1st October 2024. Prior to joining Tata Power, Ms Pandey has been associated with the Cummins Group in India where she was serving the role of Chief Operating Officer. Ms Anjali is a dynamic executive with over two decades of extensive experience in strategic management and operational leadership and within the manufacturing sector. She has a proven track record of driving significant growth and innovation in the manufacturing sector. Her achievements include overseeing substantial revenue growth and driving operational excellence across numerous plants, while championing sustainability initiatives. Her leadership was instrumental in launching new lines of business, driving operational improvements, and establishing a strong, diverse teams with effective succession plans. Ms Anjali held various key leadership positions focused on plant operations, customer relationship management, and business development, honing her expertise in general management, manufacturing and supply chain management.

Ms Anjali has completed her bachelor’s in production engineering from Pune University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Kelley School of Business, USA.
